LMH Health Emergency Department

In 2008 the newly remodeled Simons Center for Emergency Medicine (the Emergency Department) opened its doors. The new area was designed with the patient in mind and its success is reflected in high patient satisfaction scores. The center is staffed by physicians, nurses, emergency medical technicians (EMT) and social workers/case managers who are specially trained in emergency medicine. Lawrence Memorial Hospital is an Accredited Chest Pain Center. Located the east side of Lawrence Memorial Hospital between Fourth and Third streets on Maine Street, this entrance is open 24 hours, year-round. Parking is provided adjacent to this entry.
